CDOCAST manual tilting metal melting furnace is a smelting equipment specially designed for smelting 10-200kg of non-ferrous metals & non-ferrous metals. It adopts advanced IGBT induction heating technology. The melting speed is about 20-50 minutes per batch. The first melt the when the furnace is cold. The melting time takes usually 40 minutes, and the melting time of the second batch can be reduced to 30 minutes when the furnace is hot.

This small manual tilting metal melting furnace is available to work continuously for 24 hours. The furnace body adopts a manual tilting structure, which is simple and convenient , Economical.

A motor can be also added to make the furnace body into motor automaticlly titling furnace body, especially for the bigger capacity melting furnace which is difficult for work to tilt manually.

Silicon carbide graphite and zirconia crucibles are adopted in the metal melting furnace, usually for melting gold, silver, copper, and aluminum. We will use silicon carbide graphite crucibles, while for melting high melting point metals such as stainless steel, iron and platinum, we use zirconia crucibles which can Withstand the high temperature.
