Lab Vacuum Induction Melting Equipment
Induction Vacuum Melting Equipment is used to melt metals under vacuum by electromagnetic induction. The induction furnace consists of a refractory lined crucible surrounded by an induction coil located in a vacuum chamber. Metals and alloys with a high affinity for oxygen and nitrogen are usually melted in vacuum induction furnaces to protect them from contamination by these gases.
